Customer Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

4Securitas is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Waterford, Munster, IE. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong negotiation and cooperation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
