Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Indeed Ireland Operations Limited is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a Customer Service Associate at Indeed, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This role requires a high level of reliability and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and service delivery - Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Innovative and adaptable mindset to handle various customer scenarios - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Proficient computer skills and familiar with CRM systems
