Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team at DHL in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize negotiation skills to find solutions that benefit both the customer and the company - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge - Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other customer service software - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Confidence in handling challenging situations - Strong negotiation and analysis skills
