Customer Service Associate

YellowSchedule is seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level individuals looking to gain experience in customer service within a supportive and environmentally responsible company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not required. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Hardworking and dedicated attitude towards work. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
