Customer Service Associate

Job Description: Over-C is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution. 3. Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Resourceful and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong adaptability and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
