Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Customer Service Associate to join our team at Dropbox Dublin. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide support and address inquiries. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Assist in processing customer orders and returns. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 8. Uphold company policies and procedures in all customer interactions. 9. Assist in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proven reliability and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. 7. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 8. No experience required, training will be provided.
