Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Glofox is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a hardworking and energetic personality. Soft skills such as persuasion and leadership are also key requirements for this position.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to the Glofox platform. 3. Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products and services. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Continuously improving product knowledge and staying up to date on industry trends.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Fluency in English, both written and verbal. 7. Availability to work remotely on a part-time basis.
