Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team located in Cork, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Apple customers through various communication channels. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with inquiries and technical issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Meet and exceed customer service quality and productivity goals - Adhere to Apple's customer service policies and procedures - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Confident and passionate individual with strong communication skills - Demonstrated experience in persuasion and people management - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools - Familiarity with Apple products and services is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends
