Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Zendesk International Ltd is looking for a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Entry Level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via telephone, email, and chat to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work environment

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Independent and adaptable - Leadership and cooperation skills
