Remote Customer Service Associate

Teamwork is seeking a remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing excellent customer service to our clients. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, energetic, and possess strong teamwork and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Take ownership of customer concerns and follow through to resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Handle escalated customer issues with empathy and a solutions-focused approach

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
