Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Job description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team at Apple Ireland. This is a part-time work-from-home position based in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order support - Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement - Meet service level agreements and key performance indicators set by the company - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
