Customer Service Associate - Work from home

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to Groupon customers via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns - Utilize resources effectively to provide solutions and enhance the customer experience - Assist with customer inquiries and provide product information - Handle escalations and complaints with empathy and understanding - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience working remotely preferred - Knowledge of Groupon products and services is a plus - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful and able to find creative solutions to customer problems
