Job Description:
Etsy Ireland is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Monitor team performance and productivity, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and ensure exceptional customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, working to find prompt and effective resolutions - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for team members - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on team performance and customer feedback
Requirements: - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in managing customer service operations, including knowledge of CRM systems and other customer service tools - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
