Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Customer Service Manager to join our team at Beatvyne in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level position with a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer service department.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing training, guidance, and support - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Creative approach to addressing customer needs - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities
