Job Description - Customer Service Manager

Job Description:


Wayflyer is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Galway, Connacht, Ireland. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, innovative, and persuasive.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience. 6. Develop and maintain customer service policies and procedures. 7. Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficient in customer service software and CRM systems. 6. Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 8. Persuasion skills to influence and motivate team members.
