Job Description:
HubSpot Dublin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role and a strong understanding of customer service practices.
Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and coach a team of customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure quality and efficiency - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Problem-solving and project management soft skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
