Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

GirlCrew is seeking a highly experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dublin. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a customer service management role, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, mentor, and supervise customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries - Monitor customer service metrics and implement improvement strategies - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify customer service trends and recommend solutions - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in customer service

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a customer service management role - Resourceful and independent personality traits - Strong adaptability and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
