Job Description:

Intel Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. 2. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. 3. Train and mentor customer service representatives. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager in a fast-paced environment. 3.
