Remote Customer Service Manager

Job Description:

Wolfgang Digital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in customer service management. The ideal candidate will be driven, energetic, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to make improvements to the customer service experience - Train and onboard new customer service team members - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Track and report on key performance metrics - Implement strategies for improving customer retention and loyalty

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and team-building skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong teamwork and negotiation skills
