Job Description:
Facebook Ireland is seeking a Remote Customer Service Manager to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
As a Remote Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed performance metrics - Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Conducting regular performance evaluations and providing coaching and feedback to team members - Handling escalated customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience - Analyzing customer service data and identifying trends to make informed business decisions - Providing regular reports to upper management on team performance and customer service metrics
