Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

HubSpot Dublin is seeking a Customer Service Manager to work from home in Limerick, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements: - Confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in managing a customer service team - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
