Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to work remotely from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time position is classified as Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes - Train and mentor new customer service representatives - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Proficiency in negotiation and planning soft skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
