Customer Service Manager - Work from home

Wia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Limerick, Munster, IE. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics - Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Strong leadership and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field (preferred)
