Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

IBM Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dublin. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of resilience and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. 3. Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making abilities. 4. Resilient and resourceful personality traits. 5. Knowledge of CRM systems and software. 6. Ability to work part-time hours in Dublin.
