Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Boston Scientific Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and resourceful.

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide information about products and services - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Persuasion skills to effectively upsell products and services - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
