Job Description - Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


ActionPoint, a leading technology solutions provider based in Waterford, Munster, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, ordering, shipping, and returns. 3. Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the customer service experience. 6. Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and promotions.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle high-pressure situations. 4. Demonstrated leadership and innovation in previous roles. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
