Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Teckro is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, and possess strong analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and issue resolution. 3. Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 5. Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.

Requirements: 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
