Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Providing accurate information about products and services to customers. 4. Communicating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in the database. 6. Assisting in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures. 7. Collaborating with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing customers. 8. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and providing feedback to management.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 2. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
