Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Kinesis Health Technologies is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, demonstrating strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and technical support to customers as needed - Processing orders, returns, and refunds accurately - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Seeking opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer service experience

Requirements: - 4 or more years of experience in a customer service role - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
