Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Zutec is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism - Processing customer orders and providing order status updates - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to customers - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies - Assisting with customer retention and loyalty initiatives

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to make sound decisions and prioritize tasks effectively - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resourceful and able to think creatively to resolve customer issues
