Customer Service Officer

Restored Hearing is seeking a passionate and reliable Customer Service Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints efficiently. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in the company's system. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Proactively identify ways to improve customer service processes and suggest innovative solutions. 7. Make decisions regarding customer inquiries and escalate to management when necessary.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. 2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. 6. Passion for helping others and ensuring a positive customer experience. 7. Reliability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
