Job Description:
ActionPoint is seeking a confident and resourceful Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cork, IE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. 4. Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations. 5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to provide consistent service to customers. 8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills. 2. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and work well in a team environment. 3. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. 4. Experience using customer service software and platforms. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 6. Flexibility to work varying shifts and weekends as needed.
