Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Teamwork is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes. 7. Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Adaptable and driven personality traits. 3. Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
