Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team at Smurfit Kappa Group in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an entry-level role, we are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable and adaptable, with strong analytical and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions 2. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner 3. Resolving customer issues and escalating when necessary 4. Processing orders and managing customer accounts 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation 7. Contributing to team meetings and trainings 8. Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent
