Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer at 3D4Medical in Cork, IE, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time Associate level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, forms, applications, and requests - Maintain customer records and update account information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Take ownership of and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department - Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers - Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
