Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

Glanbia is currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements: - Resilient and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
