Customer Service Officer

Job description:

Love & Robots is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, we welcome applicants with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. If you are energetic, reliable, possess strong communication and teamwork skills, and are excited about working in a dynamic and inclusive environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and exchanges - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process orders and payments accurately - Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and reliable personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong teamwork abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
