Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Workday Ireland is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a remote position, this role allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Waterford, Munster, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and possess a resilient and hardworking personality.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in customer service strategies - Present information clearly and effectively to customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and hardworking personality traits - Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement - Excellent presentation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
