Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions - Responding to customer feedback and escalating any complex issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Following up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their concerns have been addressed - Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Meeting and exceeding customer service metrics and goals set by the company - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times - Working remotely and independently to provide excellent customer service to our clients
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and project management skills - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
