Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Stripe in Waterford, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner 3. Provide information about products and services to customers 4. Process customer orders and returns 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Identify and escalate priority issues to management 8. Continuously improve customer service techniques and processes
