Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Swrve is seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and emotional intelligence - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining thorough knowledge of company products and services - Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent presentation skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Motivated and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
