Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Medtronic Ireland is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, possess excellent planning skills, and demonstrate leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person - Provide information about Medtronic products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Contribute to team meetings and initiatives to improve customer service processes - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong planning and leadership skills
