The Cool Bean Company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: 1. Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Managing customer accounts and processing orders accurately 4. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team 5. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
