Customer Service Representative

YellowSchedule is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service, who are independent, passionate, and possess strong decision-making and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers
