Job Description:

The Cool Bean Company is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong adaptability and energy.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services. 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Analyze customer feedback and trends to inform strategic planning. 7. Assist in identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong adaptability and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to analyze data and think strategically. 5. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
