Job Description:

Penneys is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers. This is a part-time entry-level position that requires at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Process orders and returns efficiently and accurately - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use research and project management skills to improve customer service processes - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to research and implement customer service best practices - Experience with project management is a plus
