VMware Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from home in Galway, Connacht, IE. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, independent, have excellent planning skills, and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Update customer records in the database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services
