Job Description:

Popertee is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information to customers about our products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a proactive and efficient manner. 4. Process orders and assist customers with any issues related to their orders. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify and implement improvements to streamline the customer service process. 8. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Planning and strategic planning skills. 7. Dedicated and confident personality traits.
