Job Description - Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Hexafly is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will be confident, reliable, and possess strong planning and communication skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints effectively - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist customers - Handle any escalated customer issues with care and empathy


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not required - Confidence and reliability in handling customer inquiries - Strong planning and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent multitasking abilities - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
