Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

NewsWhip is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, and possess strong time management and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality, timely assistance via email, phone, and online chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations. 5. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
